Yolo Fragrance’s Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time:

This refers to the time Yolo Fragrance receives your order, processing, and dispatch.  Usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. Possible delays in shipping due to high volume orders. Delivery dates will depend on delivering location. Use express shipping for urgent delivery.

Our standard shipping is Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which is usually 1-2 business days within Ontario, and no more than 5 business days to the rest of Canada. We offer faster shipping options at checkout as alternatives.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery with a standard $10.00 delivery fee. This area includes a 3 mile radius within Alliston, Ontario. Local orders are delivered as soon as possible. This is usually by the end of the business day, or next business day. Additional notes are helpful if there are special instructions for delivery.

Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed delivery date. If you require the product by a certain date we suggest scheduling it to arrive 2-3 days earlier to account for potential shipping delays caused by weather, traffic, etc.
